How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.


How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the ÄúcheckoutÄù button in your shopping cart.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.


My favourite item is sold out, what next?

Because the majority of our items are handmade and unique there is usually a very limited quantity available. If we are out of stock on an item you wish to order, please contact us at norapparel@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate you or help you find similar items.


Can I pickup my bag instead of having it shipped to me?

A pickup option is available only at Western University. Use the promocode "WESTERNPICKUP" at checkout when asked for a discount code. We will contact you by email with a list of pickup times and locations on or near the Western University main campus. There are two pickup times and locations per week. On average, a window of 3 hours will be made available on a pickup date.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.


How should I care for my bag?

We only recommend hand washing your bag with lukewarm water if absolutely necessary. Use a soap-based detergent and avoid fabric softeners. Gently scrub away any stains on the backpack with a soft sponge, and then thoroughly rinse the area with lukewarm water. Do not leave the backpack to soak in water. Hang the backpack inside out to dry in a well-ventilated space or outdoors away from the direct sunlight. To prevent damage, always remove the backpack before adjusting the straps.


When will my order will shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday by 5PM EST will be shipped Friday afternoon of the same week. Orders placed on Thursday after 5 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday and will be shipped on the Friday of that week. Please allow 6-12 business days for delivery. If you require immediate delivery please feel free to contact us via email and we will definitely do our best to accomodate your requests.

Rush shipping charges may apply.


I made a mistake/would like to change my order! Can you help me?

Yes! If you notice an error on your order or would like to add/remove products from your order, please email us within the same week that you placed your order. But please do so BEFORE 12PM on the Friday. Orders will be shipped out shortly after this time and we will no longer be able to make changes.


How can I track my shipment?

If you are a Canadian customer, you will receive an email from Canada Post immediately after your order is shipped. This email will provide your tracking number, a link to check delivery status and an expected delivery date. If you do not receive this email, do not hesitate to contact us at norapparel@gmail.com. If you are an American or European customer, you will not receive an email with this information from Canada Post, but you can expect delivery in as few as 6 business days.

NoR Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been shipped. However, in the unlikely event of an undelivered item, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accomodate you.


Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Trinidad and Tobago and the following countries in Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the UK. However, if you live in a different country and are interested in making a purchase, please send us an email on our contact page with the subject "Placing an order". Please include your name, country, state, city, and a zipcode or postal code and we will try our best to find a reasonable shipping rate. Please note that the cost of shipping and the options depend greatly on your location.


Can I get a refund or exchange my item?

All sales are final and thus we cannot offer refunds nor exchanges. In the event of a damaged product please contact us via email and we will do our best to accomodate you.
